Jacky loves her role at Rise, helping clients increase sales revenue by identifying and targeting their client base and recruiting and retaining the right sales people through sales precruitment. She has many years’ experience in sales and business development including 10 years building 2 local, successful businesses. Prior to this, she spent 6 years in finance and technical recruitment working as a headhunter for high growth technology companies.
Jacky has won several Sussex business awards including Entrepreneur of the Year and Best Place to Work. She brings a straightforward, people-focused approach to growing your business with a touch of fun thrown in for good measure!
When she is not out and about meeting clients she can often be found cycling and trekking through the Sussex countryside or getting creative in print and paint.
